Breast Cancer Awareness Products - InteGrand
October is national Breast Cancer Awareness month and InteGrand wants to show its support for such an important cause. Since 1985, October has been the month to bring attention to the friends, family members and neighbors who struggle with breast cancer.
Supporters of this cause and of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month can be identified by either wearing pink clothes or by adorning a pink ribbon – a tradition that started in 1991 when the Susan G. Komen Foundation handed them out to participants in its New York City race for breast cancer survivors.
Today, people from all over the world are still finding ways to support this important cause. Whether it’s huge races like “Race for the Cure,” which is held in over 100 cities, or office wide “pink days,” or the NFL wearing pink jerseys for certain games, standing in solidarity with breast cancer battlers and survivors is an important cause with several ways in which to partake.
