Customer Spotlight: Getting to Know South Metro Human Services - InteGrand

South Metro Human Services (SMHS) provides mental health service for adults. We spoke with Jody Linder, the Business Manager, about what keeps them working with InteGrand day in day out.south metro human services

South Metro Human Services has worked with InteGrand for 10 years. Previously, they worked with Staples, but decided to switch for better customer service and a higher level of personalization. “InteGrand is more hands on,” says Jody. “I like the one-on-one service versus a huge agency.” She also mentioned, “It’s never like you’re talking to a computer.” Jody calls InteGrand whenever she needs anything and it gets handled—quickly and accurately. Hands-on service, ease of communication, and quality customer care is what she appreciates most about InteGrand.

InteGrand has implemented a completely streamlined process to make sure all SMHS agencies are serviced effectively. InteGrand works with South Metro’s approval process, so that before each purchase goes through, it is sent to 2 SMHS employees. This ensures that the products are well-aligned with their needs and typical orders. Says Jody, “The process is just a lot easier. I don’t need to send people running around the city looking for things!”

Jody says she would absolutely recommend InteGrand to other companies: “I probably receive around 100 phone calls a day from other supply companies, but I would never switch.”
