Meet Viking Client Services, a collections agency in the Twin Cities with over 40 years in the collections industry. Viking has established an outstanding reputation for quality service, offering a full range of recovery solutions for large, regional and community banks; insurance companies; and other financial establishments across the Midwest and United States—and they’ve been using Integrand for over 7 years.
Tammy Keely, the Executive Administrator at VCS, is incredibly enthusiastic about the service she has received. When asked what sticks out to her most, she pointed out InteGrand’s ability to process last-minute requests and overnight services that helps VCS stay on track with their schedules. “If I’m not happy, they do whatever it takes.” She then admitted to most likely being one of InteGrand’s most high-maintenance customers, and that “I never feel taken advantage of.” InteGrand’s easy systems, like the Peak Toner Program, just make her job easier.
